Introduction
Simple dry premix putty powder ribbon mixer maybe widely applied as it may mix the solid and solid (powder and granule)materials, solid and liquid materials(powder and liquid), liquid and liquid materials. For mixing putty powder, it mainly mix cement, sand, fly ash, additives etc.
This simple dry premix putty powder ribbon mixer can also equip with automatic packing machine according to customer's requirements.
Features
1. Horizontal tank body, covers small area;
2. Bearing is on both ends of the mixer, the material is not easy to enter, repair rate is low;
3. Enclose the time-recorder and automatically control and mix time;
4. Gear box drive the auger shaft, simple maintenance ,high efficiency,save both time and labour;
5. The machine can be designed to cool or heat the powder inside;
6. Under the bottom or the sides of the tank , there is a flap dome valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design to make sure no material deposit and no dead angle when mixing.

Widely used in putty paste, true stone paint, dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials such as solid-solid (powder and powder), solid-pulp (powder and glue slurry) mixing, especially suitable for viscous material mixing.
Working Principle
The outer and inner screw ribbon blade driven by high speed rotating shaft, mixing the material in maximum, inner screw ribbon blade forced the material to sides, outer screw ribbon blade forced sides material to inward,mix the materials back and forth.
In the same time, some material driven by screw ribbon do the radial motion, to form the convective mixing, so to achieve uniform mixing effect in relatively short time.
